When will you Ship my items?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
★Please allow 7-12 days for Standard Free Shipping for delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom.
★Please allow 10-14 days for Standard Free Shipping for delivery to Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries.
★IMPORTANT: Due To certain country regulations, tracking may not be available. For Example, New Zealand has tracking for certain items and yet not others and England does not allow for tracking for these items. Our apologies.
Please allow 14-30 days for delivery to the rest of the world.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
My Item Arrived Damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Costs to reship the package in such cases will be invoiced to the customer.
